1. Course Requirements:
   By starting the IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) course you (the student) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.
   1. All of the courses provided by IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) are taught in English.
   1. All customers of the following courses
      
      • 125-Hour Advanced Online TEFL Course
      • 125-Hour Onsite TEFL Course
      • Teachers’ Development Programme
      • Idevelop/Ifly/IManage/iCommunicate etc must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.
   2. All customers must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language reading, writing and speaking skills.
   3. All candidates must have the ability to take advice from tutors and from peers and have the capability to make improvements to their result if required.
   4. All non-native English Language speaking candidates must have a minimum qualification of a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) or equivalent.
      By making a booking with IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)it is assumed that the candidate satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of English. The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for their level of English. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the course.
   5. If IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)feels at any point during the course that the candidates level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)will forward their concerns to the Director of Studies. If the tutor and the Director of studies believes the candidate to be below a sufficient level IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)reserves the right to fail the candidate.
   6. Before purchasing any of the IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) courses you should contact a member of staff and check whether you are suitable for the courses. Please contact a member of staff to check your level of English language and suitability for the course.
   7. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability.
   8. It should be noted that by purchasing an IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) course does not mean that a candidate will be guaranteed a pass. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) reserves the right to fail a students if they do not meet the minimum requirements of the course.
   9. The Student will make a full declaration of any information deemed to be relevant by IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India).
   10. The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India).
2. How to make a booking:
   
   1. Booking can be made online on our website www.iimbibeskills.com. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) will only deal with you in the event of cancellations or disputes.
   2. You must make full payment at the time of booking. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) does not accept deposit or partial payments or installment payments. All payments not made with a debit card will be subject to a fee. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) and all terms and conditions apply. Once you have received this invoice please go ahead and check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.
   3. Once IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) has received you payment for the course IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) will email you a login username and password with 24 hours to allow you to access the course.
3. Price of Courses:
   
   1. All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.
   2. Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at [email protected]
   3. IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.
   
   All students have 120 days for the course,. This starts when a student enrolls by entering their username and password.
4. Extension:
   Course:
   If you fail to complete the course in 4 months then you may extend the course by paying a change fee as follows. You may do this as many times as you feel necessary.*
   1 week– $ 30 or equivalent local currency
   1 month– $50 or equivalent local currency
   3 month – $100 or equivalent local currency

5. How to pass the course?
   
   1. Please note that passing the course only applies to all our Course.
   2. By purchasing a course does not automatically guarantee that you will pass the course. If you fail to meet the requirements of passing a course then IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)reserves the right to fail you.
      To pass the course you must satisfy the following requirements:
   3. You will be given unlimited attempts with the automatically check tests during . In order to pass these tests and move from one module to another you must achieve a pass rate of 80%. You can have as many attempts as you like to complete Modules with your 120-day course period.
   4. Once you have completed Modules you must then pass the Assessment section. The assessment section comprises of an assignment. You must achieve a pass mark of at least 80% in all the assignment and you will be given 2 attempts to take each part of the course.
   5. Once you have been awarded a fail then you will not be entitled to a refund and will not be accepted onto any further courses without first having communicated with the Director of Studies.
   6. Our tutors reserve the right to fail a student if a student is not meeting the standards of the course in terms of learning, English language ability or plagiarism.
6. Plagiarism:
   1. If any student is found to have copied another student’s work or from any source then they will be issued with 1 formal warning. In subsequent cases the student will be deemed to have taken part in plagiarism and be failed. In the event of plagiarism no refund will be given to the student.
7. Certificates:
   1. Every student who passes our Courses will receive a PDF copy of the IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) Certificate by email within 7 Days of passing the Course.
   2. If you would like to receive a hard copy of your certificate then there is a charge of $100 for 1 Certificate). IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) will do everything possible to make sure that you receive your certificate within 30 days of passing the course. However, we do not take any responsibility for any postal service problems, which might delay your certificate and we do not take responsibility for a lost certificate due to in-country postal problems. We can provide proof that the Certificate was sent to your confirmed postal address. This covers all geographic locations.
8. System Maintenance and Upgrades
   At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavor to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.
   
   Clause 9 is not limited to just System Maintainence and Upgrades. It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then we will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.
9. Limitation of Liability
   IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
10. Complaints
    If at any time you are unhappy with the IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.
11. Accuracy of Marketing Materials
    IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India)makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavor to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
12. The Law and its Jurisdiction:
    These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Law and the Courts of Armenia,Lithuania,India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.
13. Third Party Rights:
    A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India) reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
15. Job Search Guidance :
    IIMBIBE SKILLS (Armenia.India,Lithuania )is not a placement agency. We do not assign you a job in a particular country and we will not sell, promise or give you a job. We do not guarantee jobs as you must qualify and interview for positions yourself; however if you follow our guidance and use the extensive resources that we provide you, there is no reason why you should not be able to find opportunities that meet your goals and qualifications. We are committed to our graduates' success and you will never be alone with our assistance and guidance.
16. The Course:
    The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
17. Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
    By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia,India).

    We often experience very high call volumes and we would like to make it clear that if we cannot answer your telephone call we ask that you contact us by email and we will endeavour to get back to you by email within 24-48 Hours after receiving your email.
19. Controlling your Personal Information:
    Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable setting on your personal computer.

24. Refund Policy :
    IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia India ) has never cancelled a course since it was established. If for some very unlikely reason we have to cancel a course, you will be refunded in full. The course is an “all-in-one” software package, meaning that admission to the program is final. While there is no penalty for not finishing the course once enrolled, those individuals who do not complete course will not be eligible for any refund from IIMBIBE SKILLS (Lithuania,Armenia India ). This is in accordance with existing rules and regulations pertaining to certificate accreditation. Any withdrawal after the session begins is considered a voluntary decision and no refund will be granted. Any and all refunds are subject to Board of Directors approval and discretion. The decision of the Board of Directors will be final.
25. Expectations
    Individual expectations vary significantly from one person to another. Moving abroad is exciting and adventurous but can also be stressful. To best prepare you, we highly recommend reading the entire website, which lays out the program. 26. Class Attendance
    Class attendance is considered an important part of the educational process at American College. Therefore, all students are expected to attend their classes punctually and regularly. Individual faculty members set the specific guidelines for attendance and penalties for excessive absences. Failure to attend classes may result in administrative withdrawal from the course or failure in a course. In cases of personal or medical emergency, a student must receive permission for absence from classes from his/her tutor. Absence from classes does not excuse students from coursework or their obligation to complete an assignment on time. In any case, students are responsible for making up missed course work. A student who misses an class because of illness or other good reason must immediately, upon returning to class, present to his/her tutor a report from a physician or other acceptable explanation for the absence.
27. Field trip/Swimming Classes/Demo Classes/Teaching Practice
    Following are the instructions for your Information and Compliance. Parents should be aware that institution field trips and swimming classes are mandatory and are an important part and closely linked to the institution curriculum. The outing is considered a lesson and students are given assignments to complete after their return. An institution field trip is not to be considered a day off or a holiday in that it is usually an intense series of guided visits designed to consolidate the student’s knowledge of the subject studied. Permission forms will be given out to parents for student participation in institution field trips as well as a list of the one day trips programmed;
    1. All the students have to be in formal wear/ swim wear.
    2. Students are supposed to be neat in appearance and wear institution dress.
    3. You can carry your refreshment (snacks, water, etc.)
    4. You are not supposed to engage in any unacceptable activity that would hamper the repute of the institute.
    5. You have to safeguard your own belongings.
    6. Please avoid bringing any expensive gadget or valuables.
    7. You have to report to your group leader.
    8. You are not supposed to go anywhere without permission and design of tour/classes.
    9. You are expected to be in line with the faculty decision, and behave in a decent manner.
    10. All deposits made by participants will be entirely refunded should the field trip be cancelled by the school;
    11. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations not made by the school.
    12. Refund of balance payments may be possible in exceptional circumstances (i.e. proven illness) and the school will consider each case separately.
28. Late Fees Policy
    

    It is decided that all students who are not making payments in the timely basis i.e by 4th of every month will be levied penalty as delayed payment charges of 2000 INR per installment w.e f 1 st November 2019.
